Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus, in conjunction with Ottawa County Senior Resources, is proud to offer DayBreak, Ottawa County’s only Adult Day Services Program. The program is Passport certified and is contracted with the Veterans Administration. DayBreak offers a safe, flexible, unique atmosphere of caring, joy, and fun where a team of qualified professionals will help each participant live life to the fullest.

The benefits of DayBreak include an individual program plan designed for each participant to help them maintain their current abilities. Individuals also have the opportunity to participate in recreational and social activities. Nutritional snacks and meals are provided daily. Participants are also offered assistance with daily activities. Bathing service is provided with a small additional fee.

Our professional team of program coordinators, state tested nursing assistants (STNA), and licensed nursing personnel are devoted to helping the participant and their caregivers feel comfortable with their decision in choosing DayBreak.

Hours of Operation are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. financial assistance is also available through the Ottawa County Senior Levy, which is coordinated through Ottawa County Senior Resources. Senior Resources is located conveniently across the hall from the DayBreak program on our campus.
