Full Time Benefits:

• Life Insurance – $50,000 policy for employees. Options to purchase additional policy for spouse & children.
• OPERS (Ohio Public Employee Retirement System) – Public employees are “vested” after five (5) years of service credit. Being vested allows an employee to draw a pension from OPERS upon retirement. (Prior OPERS Service allows carry over of available sick time and service credit from previous employer) 
• Vacation – Receive two (2) paid work weeks of vacation after your first year of employment.
